Lena Allouche
Lena Allouche is the Director of Business Development for Harness, a holistic wealth platform based in New York City, with over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the financial services industry. She specializes in helping advisors reach their professional potential through practice management, training, and business development. Lena is also actively involved in her community, serving on multiple boards and advocating for women's financial literacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Nadia Dawlett
Nadia Dawlett is a senior in high school with a passion for serving her community. On an educational mission trip in East Asia, she saw both the medical and social needs of the people in particularly as it relates to the loss of life. She realized that these needs are the same throughout the world and sought to develop resources for those afflicted by loss in her home community.

Dr. Marie Dawlett
Dr. Marie Dawlett is a practicing pediatrician and a mother of three children. She has worked in the care of hospitalized children and infants for over 16 years including children with complex medical needs. She strives to be a source of support and guidance for parents who have lost a newborn or child due to medical conditions.
